The important part for me is getting the macOS Terminal title to be whatever you want it to be, in an easy manner. Give those commands a try on your system, see if you like them, or change them however you see fit. I've been working on a project where I have three Mac Terminal tabs open at one time, and I found it was much easier to work this way when I changed the title on each Terminal window. You can change a files ownership through the same Get Info panel that lets you adjust permissions in the Mac OS X Finder: Select the file in the Finder, then hit Command+i to summon the Get Info window.
